As a health coach, I provide a guided nutritional experience, by asking smartypants questions and engaging in deep, dedicated listening. With over a decade of training and experience in health and wellness, I engage with the real stuff behind symptoms ranging from digestive issues and leaky gut, to Irritable Bowel Syndrome and food allergies, trouble gaining or losing weight, or an aversion to getting in the kitchen and fixin those meals that you know will make you feel better, body and soul.
We start with that dinner plate, and move the ripple of life-changing out to your job, relationships with others and most importantly, your relationship with your self.

How Coaching Works
To start, I offer a free 20 minute consultation, so we can get to know each other and map out what goals you hope to accomplish together.
Once you're ready to start this journey, I offer individual coaching sessions for $150/hour, and offer discounts when planning regular sessions together as below. Studies and my own experience have taught me that it takes about six months for new habits to become Just What I Do Every Day, so I encourage folks to consider making a commitment to Yourself of that length. I am happy to work with you on a consultation basis, once a month, once a quarter, or weekly for as long as you need to meet your goals. Sliding scale and scholarships are available - contact me to discuss. I have yet to turn anyone away for lack on funds.
Two sessions (2) per month, 50 minutes each: $135/session, a $30 savings over single sessions
Four sessions (4) per month, 50 minutes each: $130/session, an $80 savings over single sessions
I encourage my clients to book out for the month or even two months, as I get booked up fast. We will have the best progress when the work is steady and regular - it builds in accountability and lets us build on the work we do together! Click below to book online.
