I am passionate about holistic health, food and supporting people as they work to build the lives they've always dreamt of. I work with folks one-on-one and in groups, using nutrition as a starting point on the journey to deep and lasting wellness. Often the thing standing between us and our best health is not a simple lack of knowledge - it's fears, old patterns, habits that no longer serve us and a lifetime of hearing conflicting information about what makes us healthy. So many of us have lost touch with our bodies, with what feels good, tastes good and what gives us the fuel we need both physically and emotionally to live the lives we want. I believe that wellness is rooted in our own unique vision for our lives, and often we lack the individual support we each deserve as we clarify that vision. That's where our work together begins.
I believe that our senses are a vital part of our well being. As a wellness coach I focus on yumminess - on helping to Identify the healthy foods and habits that you find truly enjoyable. Making a million changes at once doesn't work. Together we will find solutions that are simple and sustainable. That's the holistic part - it's not about kale for kale's sake, it's about supporting a nourished, happy, healthy you.
I have over a decade of experience in health and wellness and
extensive training in coaching, motivational interviewing and working
with all kinds of folks with all kinds of goals, hopes, concerns, challenges and stuff to work through. I believe in health at all sizes. I believe change is possible. I believe that you are totally awesome
